Polymer Gen 3 RTF Frame installation manual

Open the package we will have a frame and 2 dummy pin ( Black) .

We don’t install it for customer because we have pin sets sell separately , choose your favor colour and just install dummy one time .

At first , we have to install the front base to the frame . And you may need a pin puncher and a picec of paper .

Make sure the C corner is face outside . And put it in place .

Use a paper for pad . And install both side .

Some day if you want to change a colour , please follow this step to remove the dummy pin . Remove the right side dummy pin first then the left side . 

We added material in the marked place for a more real under cut , so the mag catch have to do a little modification if you're using the steel / metal mag catch . ( Plastic mag catch just need a little bit push )

The yellow area need to cut a little bit down if you're using the metal mag catch  .  8mm from the left

After this modification , it should be like this .

When install , push the spring to the right then install the mag catch as usual .

Another need to remind is we design a “fitting dot “ at the hammer housing place . It need to force to fit every frame . It’s better to hold the hammer housing , even you don’t install the rear screw , the hammer housing also hold tight .

At first you install the hammer housing is like this , you can see there is a gap and the rear pin hole in not in line .

But you only need is a push the fit . When you see the hole is in line and the gap disappear . It means it’s ready to assembly .

And then you will find out that you just install the rear pin and don’t need the rear screw , the hammer housing just still tight !!!
